FAQ

Q- How long have you been photographers?

10 years

Q- How would you describe your style?

When it comes to shooting we try to be as organic as possible. We never force moments to happen and really read our couples. Some couples want to be told what to do and some want completely candid. We think we’re the perfect mixture of both. We’ve been photographing for a really long time and most couples can feel that when they are with us. We’re really good about capturing moments that most people miss. We love photographing emotion.

Q- What makes you different than other photographers?

We create relationships with our couples early on and feel that connection helps us create our best work. Our entire reason for being photographers is to connect with people authentically. Photographing love is a huge bonus. This means everything to us and we feel that there needs to be a level of trust between both us and our couples. Brad and I are super down to earth and let things go with flow which is so important when it comes to wedding days because sometimes there are things that are just out of your control (weather, etc) and being able to roll with it is a big deal. There are so many photographers out there that look like they have a ton of work when really they are just styled shoots. You need to have someone who can keep you calm, know what’s most important to you and capture the most incredible memories. We are also really good at blending in and practically become part of your family. Families always come up to us at the end of the night thanking us and telling us how we made them feel. This is literally the biggest compliment ever.

Q- Advice for couples getting married?

Sit down together and make a list of all the non-negotiables. Anything not on that list- let it go! DO NOT STRESS OVER THINGS YOU CANT CONTROL. My favorite piece is to be totally present on your wedding day. Hire a really amazing coordinator to do all the things for you. You should not be worried about seating charts on the day of your wedding! Also- hire an experienced photographer + videographer to document your wedding day.

Q-Whats the difference between a wedding and elopement?

Elopement’s are designed to be more flexible. We love them because they feel intimate and allow you to really take everything in. Elopements are zero stress and are everything you want it be. Wedding days fly by and most couples end up feeling a little stressed by having a check list. This is why having a really good coordinator for your wedding is highly recommended!
